REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you ever want to stop receiving your monthly jewelry shipments simply log on to your account and click cancel. It's as simple as that.

Each package sent has a 14 day return policy, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return the exact items / number of items you received back to us and you will be given a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping. If any pieces are missing from the return then a refund will not be eligible. Jewelry Kiss does not allow subscribers to take out pieces and return partial of the order. The entire shipment would need to be returned to qualify for a refund.

Items should be returned unworn with original packaging. Once the return is received it takes 2-10 businesses days for the refund to post to your account depending on your financial institution. Refunds are issues in the original method of payment.
